Spring has officially arrived in Montana and here in Augusta, which sits along the Rocky Mountain Front, we’re gearing up for all things summer. At Mills Wilderness Adventures of Montana, we offer weeklong pack trips into one of the nation’s most beautiful and epic places – the Bob Marshall Wilderness.
Each summer, we load up our guests, pack up our mule strings and venture into the heart of The Bob. To get to our camp at White River, we ride about 24 miles in where we make our way up and over the Continental Divide and take in the sweeping 360-degree mountain views along the way. Once we get to camp, we settle in for the remainder of the week. Each day, guests have the option to set out on day rides, cast a fishing line on White River or head out on a hike.
